ORDER METHODS

1. Electronic Order – Online

The ordering of the products is done quickly & easily by submitting the electronic order in our e-shop.

Daily, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day!

You can place your order comfortably from your home, from your office, or anywhere else, even from your laptop or mobile phone.

You choose the products you are interested in, then click on the option “ADD TO CART”. Continue with “COMPLETE PURCHASES”, fill in your details, the method of payment, the shipping method and then click on “COMPLETE ORDER”.

2. Telephone Order

Ordering the products can be done by phone, Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 17.00pm by contacting the customer service department of the e-shop at +30 2109620416. Local phone charges apply.

You can say to the e-shop service manager your name, the product code(s) you chose from the e-shop so that your order can be proceeded immediately.

By ordering through phone, you fully accept the terms of use that you have read in our online store and you are committed to the purchase of the products & their payment. You will also have to confirm the shipping method of your order.

3. Store Order

The order of any product can be done by visiting any store in your area. Our specialized stuff is always available to service you. You can start by giving your details, along with the product codes so your order can proceed immediately. You can also order online and choose the store closest to you for receiving and paying for the products.
