Four-pole conductor T2 (Class II), in 3+1 (3Φ + N) connection suitable for TT, TN S & TN CS systems. It has 3 protection elements of an innovative design combining a semiconductor in series with a spark gap arrangement (between L – N) providing high performance against long duration overvoltages (TOV) while also limiting leakage from the phase conductors to neutral.

It also features a heavy-duty noble gas spark element between neutral and earth conductor (PE) to allow no leakage current to earth allowing it to be installed before DDR even for TT systems, while at the same time offering maximum protection even against long duration overvoltages (TOV) originating from faults in the MV.

It has the ability to discharge 50kA/pole (8/20μs), 200kA/ 4pole (8/20μs) impulse current, offering protection to installations from inductive impulse currents. The arrester has a residual voltage per pole of less than 1.5kV under a current of 20kA achieving comprehensive protection to devices of all insulation classes IV, III, II & I.
