The inner surface of the tank is coated with titanium enamel, an anti-corrosive and rust-resistant material which prevents the surface from corroding when it comes into contact with hot water.

The magnesium anode is able to effectively stop the oxidation process of the inner surface of the tank and therefore extends the life of the water heater.

Thanks to its unique properties, titanium naturally produces a film of dioxide which prevents the formation of scale on the inner surface of the tank.
